While we reflect fondly on its legacy of elegance and style, the spirit of The Hill House continues to inspire our future projects that define modern living.
A Desert Ranch Redesigned
The eight-acre property was reimagined with upgraded homes, custom land-use plans, and artistic details before being sold to an R&B artist turned actress and designer, who now uses it as a creative retreat.

This Northern California home was transformed with a refreshed exterior, redesigned landscaping, and updated interiors—preserving its original architecture while blending modern finishes, bespoke furnishings, and timeless style into a warm, curated living space.
Creating a Countryside Retreat
Tamara’s design—where contemporary aesthetics meet local craftsmanship—shaped our first Puglia property. From first glance, she was able to see how this villa and its land could become one of the top countryside retreats in the Valle d'Itria. It became a very successful holiday home where olive oil was produced, art installations brought curious minds to quiet moments focusing on wellness through yoga and sauna sessions. Sold for a family to enjoy as their own, we are now restoring a historic seaside palazzo.
