This project marked a continuation of our journey in creating spaces that resonate with beauty, culture, and the essence of Mediterranean living.

We recently sold it and are embarking on more adventures in the Puglia region of Italy. A historic palazzo with the convenience of living in a quaint village closer to the sea. This initiative aims to redefine modern hospitality while preserving and restoring the original artistry in the palazzo's fresco ceilings, ensuring that the region's cultural richness remains at the heart of our work. This project will allow us to enjoy all of the experiences the Pugliese landscape has to offer while being a historic modernized blend of culture and design.

The four bedroom palazzo with spa and roof terrace will be available to rent in Spring of 2026.
